Last updated July 22, 2026. These terms cover this website, operated by Aquatic Consulting, Inc., doing business as ACI Tree Removal and Lot Clearing and as ACI Land & Aquatic. Using the site means you accept them.
Contacting us, and us contacting you back
When you send the form, or text or call us, you are asking us to get back to you, and you are agreeing that we can do that by text, phone or email.
Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting. Reply HELP to reach a person. Message and data rates from your carrier apply. Agreeing to be contacted is never a condition of hiring us.

Estimates and quotes
Estimates are free and there is no obligation attached to one.
Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a fixed price. Where a page mentions a price range, that is a guide based on jobs we have done, not a quote for your property. Tree and land work depends on access, size, species, what is underneath and what the site conditions are on the day, so the only number that means anything is the one in a written proposal for your specific job.
Any actual work we do for you is governed by that written proposal and not by this page.
Information on this site
We try to keep this site accurate and current. We do not guarantee that everything on it is complete or up to date at any given moment, and general information here about permits, ordinances, tree species or storm damage is background, not professional advice for your situation. Rules change and every property is different. Ask us about yours.
Where we mention a certification, licence or insurance, ask us for the documentation and we will show it to you.
